2011 International Buyer Program

POWER-GEN International is proud to host the 2011 International Buyer Program (IBP). IBP is a joint U.S. government-industry effort designed to stimulate U.S. exports by promoting major U.S. industry exhibitions to international markets. International buyers will negotiate with sellers and get advice on appropriate matches in the International Business Center (IBC), located on the 2nd level above the Main Lobby of the Las Vegas Convention Center, Room N219. The IBC will be open Tuesday, Dec. 13, 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.; Wednesday, Dec. 14, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.; and Thurssday, Dec. 15, 9 a.m. – 2 p.m.

All interested exhibiting U.S. Suppliers are invited to the International Procurement Seminars. Visiting International Buyers will present insight into their specific procurement opportunities to U.S. energy firms in Room N222, located on the 2nd level above the Main Lobby of the Las Vegas Convention Center. Seminars will take place Tuesday – Thursday, Dec. 13 – Dec. 15. Country presentations schedules will be available in the IBC, Room N219.

Participants of international delegations receive: complimentary exhibit floor admission; 50% registration fees for conference sessions; (upon request) informal briefing at show; Drinks with 19,000 of Your Closest Friends; free admission to Tryst Nightclub Networking Party; and USDOC Global Business Center access.
